Finding My Compass
In my early career, adventure was tied up in achievement. As time went on, I sought out more aligned adventures that allowed me to learn, lead and lean into my relational nature.
Becoming a mother forced me to slow down, reassess and ask for help. I got grounded in faith and clear on my core values. These have become my compass to assess which trails to take vs. chasing society's definition of success.
I believe we all have an internal compass that can guide us on our unique career journey. I've been fortunate to have guides to help me build mine. It is my honor and privilege to help my clients build theirs.
These trails didn't neatly start and stop.
Some have ended and others I'm still blazing today.
Some I found easily while others required guides. Those guides came in many forms.
But once I was willing to let in support, the adventures became more fulfilling.
